AI-generated content disclaimer
PopResume uses AI to generate content based on user input.
AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and interview prep are assistive tools, not guarantees of employment or interview success.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using or submitting it.
Payments and subscriptions
Some features require payment.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
- Pay the listed fees
- Any applicable taxes
- Subscription terms shown at checkout
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
No guarantees
PopResume does not guarantee:
- Job offers
- Interviews
- Employment outcomes
- Acceptance of any resume or application
Hiring decisions are made by employers, not PopResume.
Third-party services
PopResume may integrate or rely on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, payments, or AI providers).
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or tools, even if linked or integrated.
Termination
You may stop using PopResume at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:

Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination.
Limitation of liability

- Data loss caused by factors outside our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the prior 12 months.
